    Default HID returned !

    Given the bad publicity that HIDS Direct have had over the last few months, i'm going to see how good a service i get from them.
    I've just send one of my balasts back as the bulb wouldn't ignite every time (their diagnosis).
    It's been sent 1st class recorded, lets see how long it takes to get it replaced !


    Have consideration for the deaf, if you're gunna fart, make it smell !

    It's took 3 weeks for to sets of 501 to turn up finally arrived to day

    best of luck,..STILL no receipt of my bulbs ordered off them over two weeks ago now!

    mine arrived last week within 17 hours of ordering them

    must have only been me . i just ordered another set and got them next day ,then sent my faulty ballast back ,within 4 days had a refund on it less the postage . the woman is called Sarah was very help full to me . khalid

    I will be ... used them twice now and never again. Seem totally inept to me. I did ask when ordering about delivering to alternate address to which I was advise to just 'state the alternate delivery address in the comments when ordering'... no doubt they've been delivered to the wrong address and have been half inched.

    Ordered mine Wednesday morning and they arrived at 11am the next day!

    i had a similar problem a few months back with a failing ballast, i sent it back to hid's direct, i paid a 10 quid deposit for a new one which came within 48 hours and when they received my dodgy ballast back they refunded the tenner, i'll do the same in future cos i am expecting them to fail again at some point, as soon as you get a failure, ring em up and order a new one (provided they are still under warranty), pay ten quid and a new one comes quickly then just send em back your broken one and you get the tenner back, it's better than waiting for your broken one to get to them , then waiting for them to test it and then send you a new one which can take over a week

    I wouldn't hold your breath,have been trying to ring them ALL afternoon and the phone keeps going to ansafone WITHOUT the facility to leave messages............I wonder why???????.(and they swore blind last time that they were getting their act together),lying gits!!!. FELIXX.
