    Clearly something wrong there then!
Put the tyres to the correct tyre pressures (no guessing)

What wheel and tyres does the car have?
Has the suspension and/or brakes been changed, upgraded?

Have the suspension fully examined first
Check for play, wear, and broken parts
Next check for incorrect parts and incorrectly fitted parts, however you will need to know about the cars history to see what parts were replaced

If that comes up clear then proceed to a full four wheel alignment
This should correct the "ice driving" that some people report

Laening to one side I'd suspect a spring or suspension fault - assuming you've checked the numpty one, that someone's put a wrong sized wheel/tyre on? They are all the same size and profile?

Jack up each wheel in turn and spin it by hand - if it rotates freely (handbrake off, not in gear) then it's probably not a dodgy caliper.

The only way to be sure would be to remove both springs and shock absorbers on each side and compare
I suspect you will find that one failed and only that one was replaced, with the wrong type for that car; mostly likely the spring as this is most common part to get wrong
Equally, don't replace just the failed one, replace both front or rear (as appropriate)
