Center Clock

I have had my vectra 2 years now and the clock in the center has never worked, there is two connectors at the back and both are unplugged , they are both the same connector, not sure which one it should be but on one of mine 3 wires have been snippet(ex police car) a brown red and black wire have been snippet

forgot to mention i dont have a standard unit in there as it didnt come with one
