    Smile Alternative interior rear light

    just modded an interior rear led lights, fed from front interior lights, seen idea on here somewhere but couldn't find thread, it looks awsome and is near invisable when not lit, will post pics asap, just need to nip out for a birthday party

    as promised, and it illuminates the rear very well. if anyone wants to know how, ill post some guides when i get time. just used some 48 led strips from ebay. had to do something as we are just after having our second child and trying to get 2 sorted in the dark was a nightmare, this mod is a lot easier than cuting out the headlining.

    Looks like a great alternative than fitting the rear light!

    Great idea but I have the back light lol, I do have led 501s in mine tho, and led strips for footwell lighting

    looks good but i have rear lights to also with led 501 in them lol
    Vectra vxr custome remaps egr deletes dpf and diagnostic work all remaps are custome bench tuning avalible all genuine equipment PM for info

    Looks good. I remember the thread you mentioned. Someone said about them effecting the side air bags, and unfortunately that was tested in an accident not long after, but they didn't have any effect on them though.

    Anyone got tips for fitting an alternative light in the boot?

    The one in my hatchback is terrible! Might as well not be there... was wondering about whether I could attach some LEDs to the parcel shelf or something...
