Default Inlet Manifold / Swirl Bar Help for 1.9 150

    Hi Guys,
I found my swirl bar discombobulated form the inlet manifold, I also have oily gunk around the pegs where the swirl bar sits, also my turbo is audibly louder.

1, Is this common with the inlet manifold failure (the Gunk and the Noise)

2, Is this the replacement what i need and would anyone recommend buying from here
Vauxhall Induction Manifold, 55210201, Vectra,Signum,1.9 +++ SUPPLIED WITH GASKET +++
    Ebay number 200577222300

3, Is it absolutely necessary to fit this
    Vauxhall Control Valve,55205127,1.9D,16V Astra,Vectra C
    Ebay number 200574316234

    and lastly

4, How long will it take a garage to fit this part, e.g hours of labour
    Many thanks to all

Yes the gunk is the oil vapour and soot escaping from the flap bearings which have collapsed.

I think Autovaux do it for the same price and you can make sure with them it's the uprated part.

No, mine wasn't, but if the car is old enough then it would be false economy not to.

    and lastly

    It takes roughly 5.5-6.0hrs.
