Just back in from washing me Veccy, and the guy across from me has just said........"are you washing that car again, its just going to get dirty"....

Ok, this is a really good comment coming from a guy who has a motorbike, spends all his time taking it apart, cleaning it and putting it back together again...and its less than a year old, only ever seen him riding it twice....

Maybe he feels bad that the fact is his car has never been washed since he got it brand new..........

This is the same guy who can spend a whole day cleaning his golfclubs and golf bag in his garage....WTF is this guy all about.......

I've lost the will to live with this nutter........

2. "eeee, you'll polish the paint away"...
3. "Can you clean mine whilst your at it"..................no.

My neigbour gives his car a wipe ( yes, just a single wip) every night with a sponge and cold water...............his paint looks like its been done with a brillo pad.

Take no notice, they'll get the idea and keep quiet.

Used to get this from my old neighbour all the time as I cleaned my wheels daily (can't do it now being in a top floor apartment!)

I also think that you can make a car stand out from an identical car, just by keeping it in great condition. Ever seen the exact same car as you drive, only with yellow coroded alloys, scuffs on all corners and faded trim - just makes your cringe doesn't it. Lets stay strong!
