    Default Not exactly a vectra

Took on this as a little side project , this pug 306 is one of my neighbours , it never has had a decent clean over its whole life
Did not get to far today with it but in three hrs she was washed and dried clayed washed again then came the heavy duty work managed to da the bonnet and the roof before the light stopped play for the day.
Pics 2 and 5 show some of the scratches i was up against plus some of the claying shots show some of the state the paint work was in before i started ,
More tommorrow as i continue to polish out most of the scratches on the remaining panels , and then start some of the colour restoration .

My GSi has never had a proper wash... apart from the time when you DA polished my bonnet, Bob. That will change soon, though.

EDIT - Forgot to say, nice work, Bob! That is going to be a good transformation.

I am going to use the car as test bed for different products , Plan at the moment is to divide panels into four or six sections then to use say six different polishes , and then too seal it with just one sealant/wax.
Or on another panel to to coat it with one polish/glaze and then to use several different sealants/wax,s . Weather permitting it should all be completed by friday night .

Ok she is finished had to curtail the origin plan when the owner said she needed the car for friday morning so cracked on with the paint correction using some cutting compound dilluted with reglaze then gave the car an overall going over with some zaino fusion -pc/sw.
Then came the heavy guns optimum hyper polish i had given up on this stuff the last time i used it but was impressed with the way it spread out and ease of use , tryed some AG srp on a couple of panels mainly in attempt to hide some of the scratches that would not polish out
Then came the product that was the reason for the project in the first place chemical guys Blacklight , as a first impression, omg this stuff is brilliant you can use it either by hand or with a da it spreads really well and comes of very easily .
this stuff is going to make a lot of products redundant .
Other people have trialed it with blackhole , ez glaze and vertua bond all with rave reveiws and i possible hit another one with useing it with hyper poliish.
Anyway a few pics from the day with a few before and after shots.
looking forward to letting some of you guys have a play with this blacklight at the next meet

Blacklight is totally different to blackhole khalid it is designed as a lsp and as such can be added on top of blackhole/white diamond or in yesterdays case optimum hyper polish .
