window dropped :( advice please

hi everyone hope your all good. my window has just dropped down as i was putting it down, its the drivers door, im guessing it will have broke the clamp on the regulator but as im not a car ,mechanic dont realy work on things like this, just wondered if it was a common fault and how easy to solve? also how does the door card come off lol? thanks everyone iun advance

the door card comes off .....remove ahandle then screws and if i remember correctly there at=re three screws on the bottom edge, then it just pops off......window may have just come off the hanger mate, easy to do. give me a shout if your struggling

Take the window buttons out and disconnect, there are 3 (i think) torx screws at the very bottom of the card, pull the cover off the handle and there are 2 larger torx screw. Pull card from the bottom to pop the clips around the sides and bottom. Then gently lift the card upwards and hold it slightly away from the door, reach around to disconnect the speaker and unclip the cable from the inside handle (the one to open the door).
You can hopefully use some mole grips as a temp fix.

took about 15mins door card off, foundthe regulater had come away from door because rivits had broke so rivited it bk on and its perfect. thanks for advice
