Adding Middle Headrest?

I noticed the other day i dont have a middle headrest but i can feel some plastic runners under the material. What do i need to get one fitted?

Any part numbers?

You need 2 inserts and, obviously, the headrest. Very easy job mate. I did mine using the how2 below.

Yip piece of cake to do mate, take back the cloth and you'll see 2 plastic plugs covering the holes put back clothe slit it with a sharp blade then push in, with a bit of force, the two sliders until they click then put in headrests, simplies

I have some spare inserts i never gpt round to fitting, no-one ever sits in the middle of the back
