    Default Vectra c 3ltr v6 fault code

    Hi guys had a spanner come up on the dash had a friend plug his coder in and it came up with
    p0105 map/baro circuit malfunction
    Does anyone know what this means lol

    Mine did that, clean the boost sensor It cured mine

    Its the boost sensor that measures the pressure in the manifold. I bet its blocked solid.

    Are you sure? There's another sensor thing in the manifold...perhaps that measures intake temperature

    Right thanks for the help guys, i found the boost senser funny really cause its got boost senser writen on it lol.
    It was all blocked up so i have cleaned it all out refitted it.
    Now a spanner has gone from the dash but now the engine management light is now on and the car is in limp mode............
    Any help??????????

    Yes I'm sure a boost sensor measures pressure and a temperature sensor measures temperature. Simples.


    OP. How did you clean it? Is it seated correctly and everything plugged in correctly?
    Now I need a turbo to keep up!
