    Default wot bulbs to get

    just wondering if anybody could give me any suggestions on wot headlight bulbs to get for my vec......can't believe how ****e the original ones are...cheer's......

    mtec cosmo blue look awsum think they are 4750k and have a nice bright white glow but they are not over the top

    dont waste your money mate go straight for hids spent about £90 on 3 diff sets 2 winters ago and none any good 14 months ago got hids and WOW daylight at last when driving cannot remember last time i put main beams on car since fitting them

    - I've done the same,.. alleged 'brighter' bulbs are useless. I've tried a number of these and all fail to provide better vision. For £65 on HIDs you get superb dip beam vision. WELL worth the money. I don't mod cars but this is a must

    Sorry to disappoint you, but the Cosmo ones ain't HIDs as they're not gas discharge, merely a whiteish halogen bulb. http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/mtec-xe...lbs-p-395.html

    Yeah, they give a very white light but you can see naff all at night. Been there, tried em, binned em.
