Type of aerial (Sat Nav)
Does it matter what type of aerial is used on my Signum?
The base is ok but the aerial has been snapped off inside the mast leaving a stub of it (Metal bit) left on the base.
It looks like I will just be able to undo that and replace the mast.
So the question is does it matter what mast I buy?
Think there's 2 types of aerial wands iirc standard ones are 3mm and navi ones are 4mm
I know the navi ones are bigger
Actually it might be 4mm and 5mm lol

its normaly a 5 mm.
So I do need a Satnav one and not a normal one.
You need the bigger threaded mast mate

Theres also a 3rd one for DAB and its 7 or 8mm certainly no beesting that you can buy for the veccie fits
