I put a twin exhaust from a 2.2 direct onto mine

Pulls smoother, has a slightly deeper tone on tick over

Didn't notice any more fuel consumption

    And looks the mutts nuts

Pics of my rear here lol......http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showpo...65&postcount=1

Hmm!, A cdti 150 with the 2.0t exhaust fitted will have no sound impact, well you will loose that mid box sporty sound when red lined!, That will go for sure cos the 2.0t exhaust has no mid box but you will gain a tail pipe whoosh/wheeze, Don't know whats best but the mid box sporty sound was cool with me, But the rear whoosh thingy is slight, apart from it being a straight swap i 'HAVE' noticed a drop in fuel mpg but as its winter & the fuel additive will not be helping mpg ill have to wait till warmer months for an overall mpg.

Khalid, that looks the nuts indeed! Did you have to replace the bumper or did you just cut out a section to attach the bottom insert?

    Thanks

You need a SRI bumper to be able to fit a VXR defuser but you can get a Irmscher kit for a normal bumper and I think Steinmetz ? do one to

yes Stuart, i changed the rear bumper as being an elite it hid the tail pipe .i was lucky i got the sri bumper and the vxr insert for 60 pounds off some one on here last year it was in silver . you can just cut round the rear insert that you have some have done this and it looks ok . khalid
