    Default VX Xenon MOT Question

    Hi All,

Have fitted VX Xenons to my Facelift Vec. I have the washers, but have not fitted them, too scared to drill holes into my VXR bumper!!!

My MOT is due in March, will I need to fit the washers to my car for it to pass MOT, even though it originally did not have Xenons??

    Regards.

i'd hope the tester doesn't notice OR say they are HID as they do not legally need washers i think !?

It would of failed unless I changed them for normal so 4x yellow 501 bulbs had to be purchased off them and fitted to get a pass, as soon as I got home I fitted led 501 to sidelights but left the numberplate lights alone

Led front sides fail unless factory fitted. Led no plate lights are cool.
