    Anyone Know If My Sump Plug Threads Are M14 * 1.5 ?

    Was Gonna Get Magnetic 1 But Dunno If Correct Or Not

    I wouldn't buy that plug. The sump plug on the 1.8 is right on the bottom of the of the Sump, not on the back of the sump like most cars. With the sump plug nut protruding out so far there would be a risk, a small risk, that if you were to bottom the car out on a speed bump that you could rip the plug clean out, or worse wreck the engine. You've lowered your car as well havent you, making it more vunerable? Dunno what the clearances are but some of these speed humps down this neck of the woods are brutal!!!
