Default Would this work for a twin exhaust?

As the title says for a 1.9 CDTI.

I have been looking all over for a 2.2 direct exhaust but with no joy.

Would this work with a VXR rear diffuser?

Would it be simple to fit? or would I need any more pipe? If we get to far over the £200 mark I think I will get a custom built one.
