To expensive, can get a whole exhaust for that.
I had the cat removed when I got my new exhaust £275. The precat needs a replacement pipe which is £150 if you want to do it right. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT
I doubt they are using the pipe as they are out of stock and scorpion say they are not making any for at least 6-8 weeks

I would get the exhaust sorted and the precat pipe before you get it remapped

this is a twin exhaust at £399 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VAUXHALL-EXHAU...item4cea1b256e

To be honest if its just power you are interested in then a single exit is fine as there no power increase if you fit dual exits over a single, just that it looks better

Not sure, but you can get the exhaust made up at a specialist and have them cut the pipe before the cat and weld on the rest of the exhaust.

I have no centre box on mine just a back box to a 6 inch oval, so basically a straight through pipe (CDTI 1.9 150). Its not noisey like petrols
