    I don't, it's a 50mph or restricted 40mph
Good to see the Police doing their job, could be anything...
However unmarked cars during the day it is normally revenue collection, sorry mistyped that, speeding

On the positive side, if it was speeding then good news if you are a member here, don't accept the FPN and go to court; in Glasgow it will be thrown out for lack of evidence

    Depends on speed check method
SPC tend to use Vascar or calibrated speedo
I have now defended numerous cases, all have been thrown out (small loophole due to discrepancy in disclosure procedures)

I uphold the saying "Innocent until proven guilty"

However there is a chasm between "a little illegal" (basic traffic offence) and "criminally insane" (no insurance, no licence, TWOC, DUI, attempted murder)

that is a brilliant description my friend.

If,,,, and I say if, I choose to go above a posted speed limit it is with full knowledge that my actions are potentially going to end in an offence, I always use judgement and a little careful planning if,,, I should choose to take that course of action.

Today however I used cruise set at a gps checked 43mph and simply followed the flow through the roadworks and along the newly opened North bound section of the M80

It's true though, until found guilty for that offence which can be some time

I was troddling along northbound today at 10:00 at 35mph, knowing the traffic was at walking pace from the M73 merge
Sunday sees the southbound Mollinsburn bypass section open

In three months time I am going to apply for details about the three speed cameras on the A80, to see if the reduction in accidents will see these cameras removed
