    Default Lazy, incompetent, or both?

Has anyone else noticed there are a lot of drivers out the that don't seem to be able to negotiate a junction on their own side of the road?
Twice recently round here I've nearly lost the nose off the Vec as someone's cut the corner badly, once, myself and the car behind me got waved out as the driver on the main road couldn't turn the corner with us in the way waiting. Today I had a gent turn out of the local surgery, straight across me on the main road, and drive two wheels astride the white line, near missing me.
It's not just an anti Vec thing, my wife's noticed it in her car as well - and no, before the age bashers start, it's not all old people - or youngsters.

Yep must admit especially lately, the white line and cornering on your own side of the road...even when not a tight corner is simply beyond some peoples driving ability and in some cases just to fast or too lazy to bother resulting in others taking evasive action with the little space there is to do so at a junction. Thats is puts the soap box away, but it is an annoying dangerous habit of some

Default Crazy things people do whilst driving

Over the years I guess we all see drivers doing dangerous things and have all seen our fair share of idiots using a phone.

I once saw someone shaving as he came at me on the wrongside of the road however I had a new experience today.

I had someone coming down a single track country lane no lights on in the rain to which I moved over and he came past me cleaning his teeth with an electric toothbrush and a bottle of water in his other hand.

It was one of those moments where you question "Did I really just see that?"

another lazy aspect of driving is that they never seem to dip their main beam until after theyve seen you. This was a rare thing twenty years ago!!

Sounds like lack of looking ahead. Get lots of morons out now. What's more important, getting to work on time instead of 2 minutes late because you had to do your teeth or risk writing off your car and injuring people by trying to do it on the way?

This is my biggest problem aswell, makes my early morning drive to work a pain in the rear end along the country roads.

Got me beat there, I've never seen that, phones, food, makeup, not a toothbrush. Mad as a box of frogs.

Lol it does make you stop and think "What the hell?"

I'd like to stop everyone who you see doing things like that and ask them why they do it

Where my girlfriend works they have a "saying" for people that drive with no lights on its the newspaper rule....Can I read my newspaper inside the car? Yup don't need my lights on

There are so many other gadgets to play with now though; that, and the fashion for fitting brighter lights
