Default diesal fault code advice please

hi guys. the missus has a vectra 2005 facelift 120 cdti and last week or so the fault light has been coming on then goin back off. eventually got around to plugging it into a code reader and got these 2 below.

P0621 Generator Lamp "L" Control Circuit Malfunction
    P0380 Glow Plug/Heater Circuit "A" Malfunction

In the morning the heater light comes on as normal before turning over and goes out, then when starting its a bit lumpy but then starts ok but been like this before fault light came on.
its also a little juddery when in low rev range

What do you reckon guys? take to vauxhall?
thanks in advance for any advice
    Rob

Most likely the glow plugs are at fault. Does it get better as the engine heats up?

hi Gazza, its the wifes car so she drives it 99% of the time. would a faulty glow plug (or more) give the lumpy start and judder when in lower rev range when engine cold and also put on the fault light?

Also when the engine is warm would this turn out the fault light? this may explain the reason why it comes on then goes out.

I do not know much about diesals, how hard a job is it to replace them and whereabouts would they be located? ive read that euro parts do set of 4 for about 40ish
    cheers for reply

done a bit of searching and feel it should not be too difficult a job, sounds more fiddly than difficult as at rear of engine and EGR has to come off, which is fine as could probs do with a clean.

    Default glow plug prices

full set glow plugs @ Euro parts 56.52 (with VAT)
AV Taylor (local factors) 26.92 (with VAT)

Taylors are a lucas part and i am guessing the other is Bosch. any one used the lucas part and are they a decent alternative?
    cheers
