    Default Signum Geometry

Just had a "discussion" with my VX dealer about some tyre (Falken) issues. They were asked to do a suspension check last year when tyre bay advised that it needed checking. apparently only a viusal done which they said was ok. Anyway rears are out of shape - but safe to drive on.

VX agreed today to check geometry and here are results:

    Before:

    After:

To be fair they did the work and realignment at no cost to me.

Thats the first time iv seen a vaux report like that... they wholy failed at doing the geometry vec c twice in a week. I bet before this your steering wheel was slightly off to the right.

Looks like they did a good job.

Did you recite the tree joke to the service desk staff while you were waiting?

    (Gee, I'm a tree")...

That has to be the worst geometry results (before) I've ever seen!!

It must feel like a completely different car to drive now.

I do not drive it a great deal as it is my wife's car but will no doubt get feedback over next few days. They have offered to do my Omega at discounted price of £50 as well.

    I scored 15 reds on a astra G a few years ago

( bad accident repair job) ended 2 hours later wth 1 red not a bad result really in comparison

Yes indeed - she reports it to be so much smoother and positive.

I wonder just how many tyre threads on here are generated from incorrect set up.
