air box was pure filth!

just done the air box mod and was shocked when i lifted the air filter to see about 40 to 50 leafs in their twigs stick and all sorts it was like a birds nest

how did it manage to get so bad in their ?

i done mine the other day and had crap load of dust and leaves in the bottom of the box!!!

I also did mine on the weekend and it had some dust in it but now't else. Maybe I was lucky...

The airbox mod sure makes a difference! The car sounds throatier above 3,000 rev/min than it did before.

same here and mines only a 1.8 thinking of gettin a k&n cone filter!!

havnt driven mine yet off out at 6 so wondering if i will see/hear/feel any diferance

m mainly town driving and i realy do eco drive but current trip reads 35.2mpg ...

when i get om motoway i can get almost 70 mpg if i go 55mph lol wagon drivers dont like it
