    Default chrome window trim

    ive seen a few vectras now with the chrome trim on the windows. mine have dull black rubber where can i goet these from and are they easy to fit?

    ebay for used ones or do what I did and get some chrome 3m tape and make you own.

    there rear quarters can be a pain, as you have to remove most trim from the boot. (i know because ive fitted chrome strips to mine) the doors takes about 20 sec. each.

    do they just stick on over the black rubber ones or do you take off the rubber ones first ...?

    Can anyone please let me know how to remove the front and rear door chrome strips without damaging anything. My door has to go into the bodyshop and I would like to make sure no paint overspray gets onto the strips. Cheers
