Default anything else to change when doing springs and shocks??

I've kind of recycled a really old thread of mine......as it now......

.........finally looks like I'm gonna get paid out for the accident in nov 07 that wrote off my then beloved n reg corsa sport

Anyway- the upside is that it now means I'l be replacing the springs and shocks on my 03 elite so am trying to get my list of bits needed and advisable to change while its stripped down :-)
so far i've found out i should do

    -springs and shocks
-fit noise reducing spring sleeves- front and rear? - top and bottom??
    -upper front shock mounts
    -front drop links
    -rear upper control arms

I've also read its worth leaving it a couple of weeks before getting the 4 wheel allignment and camber adjusted back to spec at a garage that users hunter equipment.

so my question is- what if anything else will need doing or is best doing just in case and while the beast is stripped down??

also not wanting to lower much so gonna go for sri spec springs by lesjofors and b4s or monroe shocks which'll give a modest 15mm drop on my elite, though I hope it'll be a bit more as she's a tall girl lol

    Any other advice greatly appreciated.

    cheers guys

Spring sleeves go on the bottoms of the front springs, also replace the strut top bearing. If your going to replace the front drop links i'd also replace the front/rear anti roll bar bushes (as they aren't expensive)

I wouldn't bother changing the rear upper control arms unless your having problems as they are a pain to change and you don't touch them when fitting the springs anyway.

I had them done aboot 35k ago but the o/s one has a little play in it already- moves about 2mm when i do the test- the left doesnt move. could it just be loose or is it worth changing the pair as if one is gone the other cant be far behind???
