Default VX Facelift Xenon module P/N help!!

    Hi All,

Can anyone confirm if the N/S, O/S Xenon modules for the facelift Xenons, are the same? One of mine is faulty, so am gonna bite the bullet, & buy a complete xenon unit off ebay, then use the 'new'module to try & single out the faulty one.

    Regards,

I wish it was that easy!!. Both work, & non ficker!! BUT, according to TECH2, they have fallen out, & are not 'talking' to each other, meaning system unable to calibrate!!.

Andy L done the wiring, & fitted leveling sensors, & all checks out on that side.

If anyone else has retro fitted VX xenons, please lel me know how you got on!!

    Regards.

But that error then sounds like:

1: faulty levelmotor (in one of the headlights)
2: faulty control module (there is only one on the xenon)

Were the level sensors brand new? Do they do the up and down level check when you turn the lights on?

    Hi,

The level sensors were salvaged from the same car as the headlights.

I know the motors are good. Tech2 can move each light both up, & down.

Which headlight is the 'control module' in - O/S or N/S ?

    Regards,
