Horrible noise when going over speed bumps

Hi guys ive done a quick search and not come back with anything.

When i go over speed bumps in my 03 2.0dti it creeks really badly from the front end is this the suspension springs/damper? or sumthing along the lines of bushes ive heard from a local mechanic that theres that many bushes to find the one could cost as much £350 to find.

Would be greatful if anyone could shed some light on my situation

how loud is it. i am having some trouble with the same thing i have been reading that the anti roll bar bushs are quite common on veccys

it was a loud knocking noise on mine came from front drivers side but i changed the 2 of them only £10 each on ebay!!!!

whats an arb? and it loud and i mean loud enough to hear it over my music n thats loud lol
