Vectra c steering wheel radio controls

Hi
I have a 03 vectra 2.2se sri
The problem is with the steering wheel radio controls, they have never worked, the car has its original radio and steering wheel, I have had it plugged into tech 2 at Vauxhall and all seems ok its showing that the buttons are connected at 4.6v and it also says buttons not pressed? There are no fault codes at all.

Any ideas??

have you had the stereo out m8? my buttons on the wheel wouldnt work so just unpluged all connections on back of the radio n made sure they were back in properly. worked for me lol. make sure youve got the code for it first tho lol.

Hello M8 thanks for the reply, no not had the stereo out yet but did take the steering wheel buttons off and back on.i do have the code for it so will have a go in the morning and will let you know.
