There will be a considerable weight difference. I would not do it.

considerable difference?? thought it is only5kg rear and 30kg on the front??

thought the cdti is 1065kg and the vxr is 1095kg??? or did i imagine reading that lol

just had new lesjofors springs n shocks fitted on my 2.0 dti. It is 1060kg front. the springs are listed the same for 1.9cdti, 2.0dti, 2.2dti, 2.8 petrol turbo and said OPC/VXR on the boxes.......its sitting a tad higher (13mm) at the front but only got fitted yesterday so according to legend should settle down a little yet......though I dont mind the slight nose up as it will help with the speed humps lol
