    Default Tip for clear windows

Just a little tip to keep your car windows crystal clear when driving. When putting screenwash in, instead of standard water, use about 2 1/2 litres of De-Ionised water (64p at ASDA).
This way, when you spray the windows and it cleans it, it's dry in a matter of seconds, so no streaks and minimal water spots at side of window.

you learn something new every day. We have tons of de-ionised water at work, it goes in the cooling system of some cars with OAT antifreeze.

Will give this one a try when the washer bottle runs out (i hardly ever use my washers though)

I got the idea from washing the car, because the final rinse I put a de-ioning filter on the end of the hose, and the car dried spot free in about 5 minutes. It doesn't harm the car at all.
Have notice that when polishing/waxing it does cause more static, so lint free cloth is handy.

So just used same principle on windscreen wash, and works a treat
