Default Rear bumper removal for towbar fitting

Hi, has anyone any info on how to remove the rear bumper from the insignia so as that I can fit my detatchable towbar and twin electrics.
Has anyone fitted the twin electrics as I have heard that you have to run a wire along inside to the fuse box at the front.
    Any help greatly appreciated.
    Thanks guys

Hi, I bought my towbar from internet from PF Jones. I paid £268.40 including VAT and also included dedicated wiring and plug in module with the latest 13pin socket. Towbar is Witter.
The module has GM stamped so it should be straight forward.
A wire has to be run to the front fuse box beside the glovebox.
When I bought my car the garage agreed to Tech2 the module (free of charge) to enable the electrics once I had everything fitted myself.

Might be a bit late but found this

Saloon/Hatchback only - Remove rear light clusters, 2 plastic nuts on each located behind small panel in boot, lift forward edge upwards to release from pegs, disconnect wiring plug.

Remove bumper, 3 plastic plugs on lower edge, 3 torx screws around perimeter of each wheel arch, 4 on vehicles with mud flaps, disconnect harness for number plate lights (Saloon/Hatchback only) and reversing sensors if fitted.

Additionally, on Sport-Tourer Estate remove tailgate stops (2 torx screws on each).

Pull bumper tip outward to release from clips along bumper-body edge, pull bumper rearward to release from clips in the light cluster seating areas and clips across the rear panel.

    Cheers, thanks for the info.
I haven't fitted my towbar yet and I am now waiting on my twin exhaust back boxes and twin exhaust insert to arrive then I will get everything fitted at the same time.
    Thanks again.
