Default Booked in for Monday at RED-DOT

Had to be done as i cant afford to go any further with me Charger

Well the daily is going on the rolling road first to see what we have to start of with. Then remap with EGR Turned off. Was told 200bhp and 350 ft 1b torque to be had for a sum of £250 cash. We will see
What will i expect from the wheels before map. All mods done?
Brought a boost gauge today and think its no good. It only goes up to 20 1bs? Road test and went of the gauge, recon about 30 plus.
I fitted this in before the remap to see the difference
Am busy tomorrow with another 150 like mine. 42000 on the clock and the link bar already off and injector leak. Wanted to fit a a fiat EGR gasket, anybody no the part number. Thanks

You need a 30psi gauge for your boost as they boost 21 psi as standard mine now boosts 25psi all the way after remap

    Hope this helps

Hi mopar jut tried to inbox you but it's full here goes the dpf process

Not a wet one as in it does not use a fuel additive or ha a feed tank is uses active regeneration which when te ecu determines that the do is getting full will Iniate the regen once iniated the egr valve closes then on the exhaust stroke of each piston diesel is injected on the exhaust stroke this diesel then passes through the pre cat which raises the temp up of te gasses and fuel and once it hits the main cat at the front of the dpf heats up even further to about 550 degrees c this then makes the dpf glow red and burns all the soot to ash. This will last about 15mins and engine should not be switch off as it's 20mins of madness te ecu is going through. If this is interuptted the ecu will restate the regen again once car is up to operating temp and will continue until it completes a full regen.

    Hope this helps mate
