Exclamation Ccv & semi blanking for the 120 cdti.

I know there is a positive reason for doing these mod's on the 150,but is it viable to attempt it on the 120?. FELIXX.

The fact that most do it to 'protect' the swirl flaps then I would say it's pointless. Good mod none the less for simple manifold cleaniness - but not a must as is made out.

Cheers for that.It was my son that mentioned it,he's got a 120 and wondered if he could gain any advantages from trying it.

You will have a cleaner EGR for a long time. And cleaner air in to the engine, so it will be good for the engine. The output will not change, because on full trotle the egr is closed.

Theoretical the mpg should go down a bit. So why not do it. the 120 works fint with blanking plate with a 6mm hole in.
