    Default GOOD OLD CDTi

It's not very often you get a 'chuffed to bits with my cdti but i feel i have to write up and say well impressed with mine,

Had to do an unplanned trip to Germany sunday night, stayed over in ashford then onto the eurotunnel monday morning, into germany dropped off my mother and then turned round and came back home...in total 965miles,ran like a dream never missed a beat...fuel wise roughly cost me £130 which i don't thinks bad,
Had to send her on to get back through france(130kmh) so i didn't miss the eurotunnel booking....overall love it and reliable, didn't get out with aches and paines just ****** tired!!!!...Got back 12.40am tuesday morning which i dont thinks bad.
Checked the oil and water this morning...not used a drop
    General check round-all fine,
Cracking car and as the saying goes look after your car and it looks after you...to true i say and not all cdti's are bad.

Yep - nice to see a praise thread about the CDTi instead of people making whining noises about them!

Unplanned trip to Germany? lol - I have had unplanned trips to Inverness (35 miles!) and that is about it!!

That's 20 odd egr's, dmf's and inlet manifolds lol. I thought my old focus tdci done well with nearly £5k in warranty repairs, at one point it lived in a ford dealers for 5 weeks.
