Removing a seat cushion cover...

Finally got round to ordering a new foam cushion (the bit your backside goes on) for my drivers seat (****** expensive from dealers but the old one is soft and horrible).

Anyone know how hard it is to remove the old seat cushion, switch the cover to the new one and reassemble?

Any tips for me?
