Default Load Resistors and LED in sidelights

Anyone using them? Got some LED's for the number plate and interior lights but thought I'd try them in the sidelights - strobing didn't bother me but the bulb warning on the dash did.

Do they work and what ones did you go for?

BTW, anyone else reading this, the LED's are WAYYYYYmuch brighter than the MTEC 501's in the sidelights.

i've got these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWNX:IT complete with built in resisters. They do strobe abit but no bulb warning light on dash. Really good and much better than M-Tecs. I had other ones before but the buld warning light did my head it. The new ones are the job.

Those from hids direct do work or as above, get em built in. Depends what you want really, I would assume built in is far easier

You can fit LED sidelights with load resistors so the warning doent come on but they will still strobe for a few minutes after you tun them and the ignition off due to the way the canbus does its checks.
