    Default Symbol lit on dash

    Well another question i have a symbol which is a car with a spanner through it any ideas what it is, should i step away incase

    Rectifying the fault usually clears the fault code and light!

    Take it somewhere with diagnostics! I have the same thing and I know a few other do too! Engine management light, mine turned out to be glow plugs/rectifier or fuse! Not a big issue so I've left it and will sort it when I get the cash.

    That's your engine light. Best thing is to take it to the dealers to check is out. Nothing to worry about at the moment as this can be caused by anything as small as a sensor failure.
