    Default Hids-4-Us....telephone?

Just tried to find a contact phone for these guys so I can sort my replacement ballast... seems they only do email contact. This is fine but they only email in the evening, and when trying to sort something out this can span into days.

Anyone got a contact number for them?

Sorry you're having problems with your HID kit. Especially after I recommended them (hids4us). I had no issues with them when I bought mine, and they were really helpful before I bought a HID kit from them, and likewise afterwards when I had a couple of further questions.

Anyway, hope the following is some help for you:

    Related to sinax computers.

    Looked up the domain www.hids4us.com

After some more googling, I found a phone number on ebay.

    Hi Dave,
To be fair they have a good response. They have asked for me to send a picture of the ballast with all cables cut and they will issue a new one cutting down passage time which is good. Gutted it's faulty as I thought I'd got away with it!

    So,... still happy!

Re all the HID kit moans and groans,it just goes to show the power of this forum, and other forums like it.Whilst I'm not saying that WE are solely responsible for their drastic increase in business,I am sure that the free,"word of mouth" advertising they have all been getting, has contributed to their sharp increase in business.Look at HID'S DIRECT.A couple of months ago there was no problems with getting in touch, now, just like HID4US,you can't get a whisper from them when a problem occurs. FELIXX.

they are always next day felixx via email so it's never more then 24 hours contact, and I'm more than happy at not having to return the faulty ballast which I think is a credit to them.

Just no telephone contact,... now if I didn't have a phone in my office I'd get tons of work done,.. only I just would get many enquiries!!

I think someone else mentioned this. By "cables cut" do they mean actually cutting the cables, or just omiting them from the photo as all they want to see is the ballast?

"There is no need to send us the faulty item instead just email us a picture of the ballast with all the wires cut off, once we have this a new part will be sent out the same day using next day post......"

Well,.. bit late as ive knived them already. I think it's so that they see you're not scamming them for a free part, if you cut the cables that proves you're happy that it's faulty and of no use to anyone

Couldn't you do that, then reconnect the wires?,(not that anyone would, you understand, that would be really dishonest!!). FELIXX.
