Default How do you know if its a 120 or 150?

    Guys,

Sorry if there is a sticky on this already, I have an 06 Auto Estate 1.9 cdti 'club', & I have assumed I have the 150bhp engine.

    Log book shows 110!!

How can I tell for sure?

    Regards

    Default

If the CDTi has a red Ti then its the 150, if not then it aint.

    otherwise its a 120bhp.

    (generally)

EDIT: Looking at your exhaust thread, its a 150, as you have the red Ti.

    Yup as above

Oil filler on left is 120 oil filler on right is 150

Also red ti on the cdti badge t the back denotes 150 but not always as ppl do stick red ti on so they can brand it as one

Also check the manifold too and see if you have a swirl bar hopefully it's still attached lol

    Default

110 will refer to the kW, so that is correct - 110kW = 150PS =148BHP.

    The CDTI 120's are 88kW = 120PS = 118BHP
