    Default Brake Pads

My Pads Are Just Down To Bare Metal....Does/Could This Cause My ABS Light To Come On ?

If It Is Down To This Take It I Will Need New Wear Indicators ?

I know a lot of cars use the ABS or brake fluid light to show when the pad wear is low aswell Not sure on the Veccy but you will see when you finally change the pads

I still have plenty of meat on my pads but I know there is a sensor (reed switch looking thing) that clips into the fixed pad side....I would expect its a wear indicator but can't tell you if it brings on ABS light....I'm these guru's on this site will know

Its middle of summer here and we have a cyclone heading our way tomorrow so today has been about 39deg and ****ing down...F@#$!&^ humid as hell.

The "brake wear" indicator on the pre-facelift Vectras is a " (O) " type symbol.

AFAIK it's only on the NSF brake anyway, if it hasn't been 'bypassed' previously.

Might be worth checking the brake fluid level though.
