Default Rear Tyres wearing outside to Inside

I have just had my 08 / 57 Vectra SRI MOT'd and i got an Advisory for the rear tyre feathering on the outside edge which i assume basically means the tyres are wearing outside to inside. Will a 4 Wheel Alignment cure this?

yes it should do, but also get the suspension arms checked for wear as this could cause poor rear alignment.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

Outside edge wear is very unusual on the rear
    Therefore source the cause first

However, if the tyres have been rotated rear-front then the partially worn fronts would now be on the rear and that would make sense and would be normal wear from when they were on the front

Might be worth getting the rear camber checked. They usually wear on the inside due to the standard camber setting.
