Default Strut top bearing changed but now pulls to right

Hi guys as title my strut top bearing had gone and was making a Lou twang everytime I turned the wheel. Ichanged the strut top bearing tonight took me 40mins start to finish nit bad really and te part was 21.20 Inc vat from Vauxhall but trade club does not work on that item only service items I was told today at Vauxhall

Put all back together again and the car now seems to pull to the right it was fine before I changed it. but just taking out the strut surely can't change anything it's only 2bokts through the hub and 3 holds the top into the wing

    Any ideas guys

I see I am replacing the other side next month when I get spare cash so will it be ok to drive it's not pulling bad just slightly and then once other side is changed end of next month then I will get tracking done

Will this cause any side effects driving for a few weeks

Four weeks of wear on a tyre should be minimal, but once worn that pattern will accelerate through the remaining life of that tyre
Therefore in two weeks time swap both front tyres

is it possible it could be pulling because you have only changed the one? If the other side is worn it may be working against the new one causing it to pull. Just an option..

Yes, hence why the OP is going to be replacing the other in four weeks
Usual process is to replace both at the same time, if one side has worn the other side won't be far behind
Equally, it may have little or no play, but compared to a new one it will have some movement

He was replacing the other one in order to then get the tracking checked, hence why i gave another opinion what may be the cause. I will not affect his tracking by removing the front struts. My point was, if he replaces the other side then the pulling may stop, if his front tyres wernt showing any signs of uneven wear before replacing the other bearing and changing the opposite side cures the pulling, that would save him paying out for a tracking check.

Cheers lee I will e replacin te other one next week hopefully I get paid on mon so probs do it next weekend

I didn't think removing tr shock would
Change anything on the tracking side and I have 4 new tyres fitted 3 days ago too car drove fine before but once changed now pulls tonthe right

But the other side is creaking too
Now so I will change that if all is fine then I will leave it if not I will have to get tracking done but hopefully other side will solve it fingers crossed
