Digital speedo

Thought all insignias had this ? I've checked through options on indicator stalk and I haven't got it plus I don't get the warnings pop up like Icey roads

yeah its a completely different one mate... mine is size of the whole indent section (where yours in blanked)

OK, I can answer this for you. It is standard on all Insignia's built from around April 2009 that have the full trip computer.

Mine never had it but Steve from CCS's does have it.

Basically, my SE had I think 6 functions on the trip and his had 7, the 7th being the digital speedo.

You could not even programme mine to show the speedo although it had the full trip computer. It is a firmware issue and you can only upgrade firmware to suit the chassis number of the car.

So you can't install firmware from a 2010 car into a 2008 car as TIS knows they don't match.
