We recommend you use Salesforce.com which is a Customer Relationship Management system and can provide many features running a small business. However, we also fully integrate a SIP Trunking (Voice over IP) telephone service which is hosted in our datacentres.
This means you dont have any PBX telephone hardware on site, so no maintenance or hardware headaches. Its all done over the internet.
So the benefit to you is very low cost (its a monthly subscription service with no long term contracts), a fully corporate phone system which is fully integrated into your CRM database, so because we know who's calling you we can intelligently route inbound calls to your landlines or mobile or whereever you are (and loadbalancing calls).
We automatically insert all calls made (inbound or outbound) in your call records including voicemail & recording (FSA Standards)
Its very clever stuff
