    Default Hid help please

Hi guys I have a 2006 facelift full canbus veccy estate with bulb warning indicators

I am looking into hids and want to clear a few rumors up before I buy

These are the kits I'm looking at 1st of all what you think of the
    I'm on a tight budget

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

    That is the 55w

Or the 35w I don't know which is better

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...ht_8510wt_1008

Secondly if I activate the afl or xenons through Vauxcom will this stop the bulb warning coming on

Also about all this flickering etc will I get this and how would I stop this from occurring
And last of all should I go for 6000k or 8000k

Any more help or advice greatly appreciated and they don't look too hard to fit

Fitted mine on sunday mate, 50w 6000k and its working no problems. Got the kit from hids direct. Using cancellers. Not activated anything.

Id stay away from the cheaper kits off ebay, read there is a few issues on here with them

Neither of them kits will fit as you need H7's not H4's.

I got my 35w 6000k from HIDS4US. No bulb errors, no flickering. No work done other than fitting them. Yes, a bit more expensive but if you weigh up how much those ebay ones would cost to send them back to Kowloon, Hong Kong if they didn't work or became faulty, then it could well be false economy.

Fitted mine from hids direct, and had no problems with bulb warnings or flickering either. Plug and play

Fitted mine in november and no issues yet!! 55w 8000k

Well only issue is if i am listing to music on my memory stick, when i switch lights on there is a voltage drop an is resets the music to the first album lol

Firstly,I haven't read all the posts so I don't know what other members have said, but I would steer clear of them. Why?,well I bought two sets, from different companies, which were obviously supplied from the same source,and......they look very suspiciously like the type you are thinking of buying. The problems I had with them were that they flickered all the time (even with cancelers fitted), overheated to a temperature so hot I burned my hand when I touched them to check them out when they cut out after about an hours running.Think long and hard about costings, because it is true,YOU REALLY DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!.As for the colour temp,I had the 6000k 35w, very nice but blue, so I changed them to the whiter 5000/4300. FELIXX.
