Default Torx screws in wheel arches !

I need to remove my front bumper but 3 of the four torx screws in the front wheel arches wont budge !
I've tried the next size up torx bit - no luck, and i've soaked them in WD40 - still no luck.
Any ideas? or do i have to drill them out?

If they are screwed into the wheel arch liner then remove that as well as one piece with the bumper, had to do that to someones car on here lol..... Then I used a chisel to cut through it and remove.

Can't see how they are seized. When I removed my bumper the torx screws in the wheel arch were screwed into plastic.

Also you'll need to remove the top bolt to release the locking mechanism that holds the bumper to the wing - if it's a facelift.

Have you tried tightening them slightly before undoing?

An old trick for rusted bolts.

This technique has got me out of several times hacksawing bolts - which is what I used to have to do before I accidentally discovered it.
