confused Rear passenger light **** up

******! Was fitting the rear passenger light and all was going well. The loom was there with the plug. I plugged the light in to make sure it worked. I cut out the roof lining and the light fitted. I thread the power connector through. Not much slack but got it plugged in. I pushed the light into position and tested it again but this time no light. Took it out and it looks like the ribbon ripped at the plug. Aaaarghhh! There's no way to repair it so is the loom for the light separate from the loom that goes into the boot or is it all one piece and connected in the engine bay or fuse box?

Its all one loom IIRC, if your handy with a soldiering iron you should be able to rescue the one you have though.

If not, look at the how2 to wire it up using feeds from the front light. Thats how I had to do it on mine.....

Same here, ribbon cable for the rear light wasn't there so connected 3 wires from front to back.
