    Default Melted rear bulb connector

Drivin home last night and the bulb warning lamps started having a wobbler on the dash. Taken it to the garage and it's managed to melt the bulb holder and the connector onto the wiring loom. I've abandoned my car in what feels like it's second home with the fear I may have to buy a new wiring harness anyone else had this?

confused same here, rear bulb contact melting

hope anyone can suggest reasons as my driver rear bulb doing the same.

The contact "solder" on the bottom of the bulb has melted twice and creating a loose contact.
1st time i thought just cheap bulb, i replaced it with a bulb from local motor store unknown make,
next i fitted with a branded "ring" bulb, still went.

only happening in one bulb fitment in the side lighting unit (by fuel cap)

    have cleaned down contact also.

Off to our local friendly vauxhall dealer tomorrow to buy a "vauxhall" branded bulb (although prob made by ring) and hope ok.

Bulbs lasting only 2-3 weeks but only this position now, had the car for 6 months before this happened.

Hope for some help for us both??
