A good few years back, I had the privilege of a couple of hours in the Monarch 757 simulator, mannnnn what an experience, your gonna love it. Its no wonder they can train pilots in these, then let them loose on the real thing. You know your only 25 feet in the air in a box, but your brain is telling you your 35000 feet. Simply an awesome ....

I used to work for the sadly defunct Britannia Airways as a simulator engineer. I used to fix their 737 and 767 simulators, and spent many happy hours playing around, and I'm probably one of the few people in the world to loop a 767
You'll have a great time, and it's hard to distinguish from reality at times.

Must have several hours in the Jaguar simulator - I used to take cadets on a vist once every few weeks back in the 90's and always had a go as well.

Also about 15 minutes hand on stick during a backseat trip in a real one - 1 hour 15 total flight time. That was Norfolk - South Wales, up the valleys, back across to somewhere around Newcastle, down the East coast and home in time for tea
