i have a 1.9cdti 120bhp and i wanna make it faster what are my options

obviously a remap is on the cards but what else will a front mount intercooler make a big difference

exhaust is also gonna get done but what is the best to get pipe diameter and single or twin exit

can i fit a different turbo or put my boost pressure up

    what else can i do???

de restrict the air box (a search will show you how) along with a high flow panel filter, decat & remap...
Pointless going down the intercooler upgrade unless you are already replacing the turbo & running massive boost lol...

A remap can be done to your requirements, safe, economical, most power. Tamper with any one thing, ie boost pressure, alone, and the rest of the system won't integrate properly with it.
A lot of people on here have done "go faster, handle better" mods, depends on what your budget is as well as your intentions, ie better power, reliabilty, decent mpg. More info required I think.

cant fit a vxr turbo petrol and diesel turbo's work very differently

you can fit a fmic and a hybrid turbo but you will be lucky to pass 180bhp

a remap alone will take you to 160 -170bhp which will transform the car

a fmic on its on will make very little difference and is alot of ££££ after a remap not much else will make a difference without alot of £££ if you still find you want more after the remap you would be better off getting a 150bhp

Bear in mind you are required to infform your inmsurers of these mods, and it will limit who will insure you, and affect the cost. Not declaring them is not an option.
