xp2 wheels
i hope this thread dosent break any rules, if so i understand if it gets removed.
my uncle has a set of 18" xp2 alloys on his car (facelift 1.9 estate) and was asking me if there would be any affects of changing them to 17" standard wheels as they would have a diffrent size tyre would it affect the load carrying ability or the speedo (ie, distance covered or speed)

it wont affect anything if you fit standard size 17" tyres 215 50 17

he just wants to make sure there would be no bad effects to downsizing and to make sure he would have enough to replace them without having to add cash

why would he want 17's over these, they are 1 of the nicest if not the nicest imo vectra alloys!
